On October 19, 2011, Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lohan's probation, sent her to jail, and set bail at $100,000. Sautner told Lohan that if she wanted to avoid any further punishment, she must complete 16 hours of community service at the morgue before her next hearing. Lohan posted bail a short time later and was released.

At a hearing on November 2 Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and 400 hours of community service. If she fails to complete the community service she will receive another 270 days in the county jail. On November 7 Lohan spent less than five hours in jail due to overcrowding.

BTW, As of August 2011, Lindsay Lohan's press representative said that no agreement for her to appear had been reached. Lohan is also set to appear in Mob Street from the same production team, based on a screenplay by Chazz Palminteri .

Lindsay Lohan avoided additional jail time Friday for failing a drug test while on parole, but the judge ordered her to continue attending rehab until Jan. 3, 2011. Lindsay Lohan has walked free from court after a judge in Beverly Hills ordered her to stay in rehab.

BTW.. Following media reports on September 17, Lindsay Lohan confirmed via Twitter that she failed a drug test. She said she is "prepared to face the consequences". After a hearing on September 24, where the judge ordered a preliminary revocation of Lohan's probation, she was denied bail and sent back to jail.

Later the same day, after Lohan's lawyer filed an appeal, another judge granted her bail on the grounds that she had only committed misdemeanors.

Lindsay Lohan was released from jail after posting $300,000 bail. A probation revocation hearing is scheduled for October 22. Until then Lohan is required to wear a SCRAM bracelet and "stay away from establishments that primarily sell alcohol."

Lohan's lawyer said her passport was stolen while she attended the Cannes Film Festival in France. At a rescheduled hearing on May 24, 2010 Lohan was ordered to attend weekly alcohol education classes, wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet, refrain from drinking alcohol, and undergo random weekly drug tests to remain free on bail. The judge scheduled a hearing for July 6, 2010 to determine whether Lohan had violated probation by not having attended the required number of classes to date.

At Lindsay Lohan's July 6 probation revocation hearing, the judge determined that Lohan had indeed violated the terms of her probation and sentenced her to 90 days in jail, starting July 20; in addition, the judge ordered Lohan to check into an inpatient rehab program for three months after her release from jail.

On July 20, Lindsay Lohan appeared in court and was taken into custody to begin her jail term. Los Angeles County Sheriff officials stated that Lohan will spend only 13 days in jail pursuant to a policy of early release of non-violent offenders to reduce jail overcrowding.

In late May 2010, it was announced that Writer/producer Richard O'Sullivan is offering Lohan the opportunity to play a character loosely based on herself in a movie titled One Night With You.

Lindsey has been living by a script pretty much her whole life in her career. I don't think she knows how to act in the real world. i think somebody needs to write her a script for real life so she knows how to act. She seems to think life is just a movie and you can do what ever you want.

Really, what she needs is a re-institution of corporal punishment. It may seem absurd at her age, but by institutionalization something like "the carrot and the stick" could take place, and maybe she will grow up. We are continually shown her childish and immature behavior.

Hollywood wild child Lindsay Lohan is staying on as artistic adviser at fashion house Emanuel Ungaro despite her debut collection being panned by critics, president and chief executive Mounir Moufarrige said on Tuesday.

The designs are selling well but not as much as expected, Moufarrige told Reuters. They were presented at Paris fashion week in October.

"Yes (she's staying on), she has a job to do," he said on the sidelines of the Milan Fashion Global Fashion Summit.

Lindsay Lohan teamed up with the Paris-based fashion house to give the aging brand a jolt and attract younger customers. Her role as artistic adviser is to feed ideas to chief designer Estrella Archs.

Lindsay Lohan lived up to her reputation as Hollywood's party girl in the collection with super-short pink dresses and blazers worn over bare skin.

Lindsay Lohan sparked a paparazzi frenzy at the Louvre museum where the show was held, creating exactly the kind of buzz executives at Ungaro had been hoping for.

However, fashion critics were aghast at Lindsay Lohan's br4 tops and stripper-inspired npple pasties and panned the collection. Rumors have been swirling about her future with Ungaro.

"The criticism was harsh. I am sure we can do better in the collection to be honest but I think it was harsh ... But it did sell well," Moufarrige said.

He added that future Ungaro collections needed to be "more tight, more identity driven."

He said Britain's upmarket Harvey Nichols and Harrods as well as New York's Bloomingdales and Japanese stores were among those who had shown interest.

REBUILDING Lindsay Lohan

Moufarrige has been open about the marketing boost expected from Lohan. In turn, the actress is trying to rebuild her career after drug problems, stints in rehab and a conviction for cocaine possession and driving under the influence.

"There is more buzz definitely but we are in a recession," he said.

Retired founder Emanuel Ungaro, who stepped down a few years ago also added his voice to the chorus of critics and was quoted by media as saying the collection was a "disaster."

"Mr Ungaro has his views, he can keep them. I have no comment," Moufarrige said.

Lindsay Lohan's appearance was also a reminder of the risks faced by luxury brands who tie their image to celebrities.

Dior, for example, found itself scrambling to prevent a public relations disaster last year after actress and Dior model Sharon Stone said an earthquake that killed thousands in China could have been "karma."

Moufarrige is known for headline-grabbing staffing decisions. As president of Chloe, he replaced Karl Lagerfeld with the then 25-year-old Stella McCartney, daughter of the Beatles star, Paul McCartney.

"First" is the 3rd and last single from Lindsay Lohan's debut album Speak. The 3rd single was originally going to be the song "Speak", with director Francis Lawrence according to MTV, but was changed to "First", with director Jake Nava, so it could tie-in to Lohan's film Herbie: Fully Loaded.

The First song was included on the soundtrack of the 2005 film Herbie: Fully Loaded, which also starred Lohan. The "First" song did poorly in the United States and failed to chart, but performed better in many other countries, including charting in the top 10 both in Taiwan and Indonesia. First just missed out on making the top 30 in Australia by one position (number thirthy-one). The "First" song has high pop punk oriented instrumental sounds, even conserves her typical teen pop touch. Lindsay Lohan has been offered a part in ‘Machete’ as April Supporting Role (Filming).

Machete is a film by Robert Rodriguez. It is an expansion of a fake trailer Rodriguez directed for the 2007 film Grindhouse. It will star Danny Trejo (in his first lead role) as the title character. Although originally announced to be released direct-to-DVD as an extra on the Planet Terror DVD, the film is now being produced as a theatrical release. Filming for the movie began in July of 2009 and it will be released sometime in 2010.

I just love this (King of the Hill) show! It took me a while to figure it out, but now I'm addicted to it.

The characters are brilliant and a lot of the jokes are unexpectedly hilarious. This (King of the Hill) is one of the few shows that can take me by surprise with it's genius humor. Most of the characters are funny, but Peggy cracks me up with almost everything she says. She has an unshakable self-confidence and she'll sacrifice anybody (including her son) to win her silly little battles.

My favorite episode (King of the Hill) is the one in which the Hills go to Japan. Classic!

I hope "King of the Hill" sticks around for a long time.

Lindsay Lohan.. Then Bette would be too much. No one else was allowed to be funny -or have a joke. It was as if the writers were afraid to develop others characters or God forbid--throw them a joke. I wish stars who go on tv wouldn't be afraid of being an ensemble. Only ensemble shows survive. Rosanne had one! Mary Tyler Moore had one. The Golden Girls had one! Hopefullly Bette learned to save her divaism for her concerts. Sit-Coms don't work that way.

Lindsay Lohan's debut studio album Speak was released in the United States by Casablanca Records on December 7, 2004 (see 2004 in music). Although this was Lindsay Lohan's 1st album, Lindsay Lohan had previously recorded tracks for the Freaky Friday soundtrack, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen soundtrack and That's So Raven (soundtrack). Lindsay Lohan's album debuted at number four on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart with sales of 261,762 copies. It later achieved Platinum status.

Lindsay Lohan's debut studio album Speak, featured the singles "Rumors" and "Over". Both received substantial radio airplay but failed on the U.S. charts. "Rumors" was certified gold by the RIAA due to strong digital downloads,

"Speak" was to be released as the third single, but then "First' was chosen to help promote Herbie: Fully Loaded; "Speak" was rescheduled as the fourth single. However due to Lindsay's busy schedule, "Speak" was canceled as a single.

Nu Image/Millennium Films, has confirmed that Lindsay Lohan's comedy film 'll premiere on ABC Family in July 2009. "Labor Pains will be released on DVD about a month later.

Lindsay Lohan plays a young woman who fakes being pregnant to save herself from being fired. She must then keep the lie going for nine months. High-larious, huh?

Us Weekly reports that this is the latest stinker from the star, whose last movie efforts include the critically panned indie "Chapter 27" and the Razzie-winning "I Know Who Killed Me." Lindsay Lohan also briefly appeared on ABC's "Ugly Betty," playing "surprise" a mean girl.

You realize "of course" that this is all your fault, not Lindsay Lohan's.

Earlier today, it was reported that Lindsay Lohan has signed on to star in the remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street, LiLo's rep insists that Lohan won't be sharing screen time with Freddy Krueger.

Lindsay Lohan's rep says "It's not true,""We don't know where this all came from, but there's nothing there."

A rep for the studio, New Line, also confirms Lohan has not been cast.

Already on board the horror flick is über-producer Michael Bay. Samuel Bayer, the famed music-video director responsible for Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and Blind Melon's "No Rain," among others, will make his feature directorial debut on the project.

If a leading lady is signed soon, cameras could roll on the reimagining of Wes Craven's horror show as early as this spring. But producers have yet to cast their Freddy Krueger, and have made it clear the villain's originator, Robert Englund, will not reprise the character.

Which probably explains why there's no tentative release date set for the film, though this year marks the original dream-haunters' 25th anniversary.

The rumors surfaced after reports of the happy couple’s fist fights came to light. Since then, the pair haven’t been seen together as often, hence the split rumors.

LiLo has kept her distance from her father since her Dad threatened to release "emails, texts, depositions and audio tapes" which would show Samantha was only with Lindsay for her money.

However, Lindsay Lohan' Dad has now revealed he regrets his past behaviour, and feels the new year is the perfect time to mend his relationship with Lindsay.

Her Dad said: "There is a truce between Lindsay and I, so please stop adding any fuel to the fire. On that note, this is what happened to me earlier today… I signed onto Facebook with my new password because someone keeps hacking into my account, and when I typed my password and ‘log in’ name in, a red sentence came up saying..

Genius. Here I am loving Facebook (as well as myspace-hehe) but going on Facebook to talk to some of my friends and they are thinking that I AM THE ‘FAKE’ OF MYSELF!!! Hahahahahaha.. at first I laughed, and then I got angry. Angry because, with ALL the people that PRETEND to be me on facebook, they decide to say I AM THE FAKE- of myself. All I can think is, WHO is running this site? and how can they just “disable” my account without first, sending me a warning notice, or AT LEAST asking me some account verification questions. here they are re-designing the look on the site when they should be setting up a more secure way of allowing people to set up an account. I wasn’t even under my name, I had a fake name on my account because, obviously I didn’t want everyone on Facebook to know it was me.

Michael, Lindsay Lohan's dad has been forced to delay his forthcoming charity boxing match until next year, after parole officers pulled him out of the fight. The bout against computer boss Bob Venero -- who pledged $30,000 at auction to climb into the ring with Michael Lohan -- was scheduled for Monday in Long Island, N.Y.

But Michael Lohan has been forced to postpone until March, when his parole ends following a two-year jail sentence.

A spokesperson for the New York State Division of Parole says, "Mr. Lohan was convicted of assault, which is a violent crime, and is currently under parole supervision until February of 2009.

"We do not feel that participating in a violent activity, such as celebrity boxing, whether it is for charity or not, is appropriate for his rehabilitation. It is inappropriate for a person on parole to engage in the same type of behaviur that landed him in prison in the first place."

Lindsay Lohan launched a leggings line named "6126", Li Lo chose "6126" as Lohan's brand name bcuz it represents Marilyn Monroe's birth date.

She launched Lindsay's own brand development firm called "Stay Gold", which will focus on launching a lower-priced line of leggings, It is creating a natural self tanner, and it is creating an accessories line. The natural self-tanning lotion and the lower-priced leggings are due out Spring 2009, and the moderate-priced accesories will follow in Fall 2009.

Also, she will launch Lindsay Lohan's own perfume line, but it's still in its early stages, Lindsay Lohan tells Britain's The Sunday Times magazine she's "sorta (sic) been experimenting" with different scents, but has come up with "this oil that I made up myself".

Does Lindsay Lohan play like a a mean girl or nice girl? I really like Li Lo and I think she's a great actress in spite of what a lot people think. That last movie Lohan did was pretty bad though. I don't blame her, I think it was just a horrible plot. Li Lo is so pretty and I'm so proud of her for getting herself back together especially as a recovering alcoholic/addict myself.

Should I give "Ugly Betty" a chance? Will Lindsay's character be a regular now?

I hate the fact that they are letting Lindsay Lohan be on ugly betty. I don't like it at all. Lindsay Lohan is going to try and hurt betty like alot of ppl . I hope betty slaps the p*ss out of her if LiLo tries to move in on bettys territory .

I'd say give the show a chance.

It's hard to say what Lohan's character is like at this point. Lindsay Lohan was introduced at the end of season 2 as someone who went to high school with Betty and bullied her. She seems mean at the beginning of season 3, but reveals she's merely upset because her life pretty much ended after high school. She's supposed to be in tonight's episode, so I guess we'll have to see.

By the way... 'Ugly Betty' loses Lindsay Lohan :(. Lindsay Lohan's guest-starring stint on "Ugly Betty" has been trimmed from six episodes to four. Everyone seems to agree on that. Why?

Firstly, from the pro-"Betty" side. "It was a mess," a "production source" tells the New York Post's Page Six. "Lindsay would show up every day with an entourage of people." And Lindsay Lohan's dressing room was in such poor shape that it had to be repainted.

A source claims Lohan refused to be on set until after America Ferrera, or Ferrera was already there, and when they rehearsed a scene from Thursday's (Oct. 23) episode, titled "Granny Pants," in which Ferrera's Betty de-pantses Lohan's character, "she wasn't wearing any underwear."

Lindsay Lohan is sued by three men

The Court records show that three men who claim they were in a sport utility vehicle that Lohan commandeered in July 2007 sued the Lindsay Lohan last week. Their allegations include battery, false imprisonment and that Li Lo was negligent when Lohan allegedly took over an SUV belonging to one of the men to chase her recently fired assistant.

That chase ended when the assistant's mother called police because she was being followed and led Lohan toward a police station. Officers suspected Lohan was drunk and arrested her.

Lindsay Lohan's attorney, Ed McPherson, called the lawsuit "absurd."

Her Attorey claimed the three men were having fun during the chase and questioned why 3 men waited more than a year to file suit. "It just doesn't make sense," McPherson said. "They had ample opportunity to get out of the car." "It's three guys who want to get a lot of headlines," "and want to make some money."

An attorney for 3 men, identified as Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro, had said last year he hoped to avoid filing a lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan. McPherson said there were some early talks, but no settlement was reached.

It is hard to tell if he's homophobic, but he is definitely a control freak. I think Lindsay Lohan's dad mouthing off because Samantha Ronson has replaced him as the person Lindsay relies on most - and He is not coping with it!

Lindsay Lohan Dad said some horrible things about Samantha Ronson, yet, if you look at Lindsay's track record, she's settled down so much since she's been with Sam. Li Lo is planning to take out a restraining order on her father, Michael Lohan because he keeps embarrassing his troubled daughter in the media.

Lindsay Lohan.. The Mean Girls star - who recently claimed dad Michael should be "on medication" to stop him publicly shaming her - is said to be "terrified" the 48-year-old will harm her.

A source said: "Lindsay is going to take out an order of protection against Michael. He is behaving so erratically that she's terrified he'll do something to her. She's contacted her lawyer to arrange this."

The source added to the New York Post newspaper: "Ali already has an order of protection against him, as does Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help."

The pair's troubled relationship came to a head recently when Michael accused Lindsay's girlfriend Samantha Ronson of "using" his daughter for publicity. Lindsay, in turn, called Michael a "public embarrassment and a bully".

Lindsay Lohan wrote on her MySpace page: "My father obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods. He is out of line and his words show how much anger he has, and it's dangerous and scary as it reminds me of how he treated my mother and I my whole childhood.

"He needs to be stopped. This is yet another reason why we aren't speaking."
